Your application clearance grants you 3 years in the UK. You can request a 2-year extension. After 5 years as a sole representative, you may apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) if you match the requirements. As a sole representative, you can get as many extensions as you want, but you must meet the requirements for each time.
A sole representative visa can lead to citizenship. Providing you’re married to a British citizen, you may qualify for citizenship after receiving ILR status if you satisfy all of the requirements. If you’re not married to a British citizen, you may be able to apply for British citizenship after 12 months if you meet the requirements.
How long can I stay in UK on a sole representative visa? Once your sole representative visa application is approved, you can enter the UK to expand your business for 3 years, after which you can apply for leave to remain. This will extend your stay for 2 years.
After 5 years as a senior employee representing your country, you can apply for ILR and live permanently in the UK.
But there are some conditions for the stay like no access to government funds, they aren’t allowed to run their own business or speak on behalf of any other corporation, and police registration.

Yes, it is possible. The sole representative visa for the United Kingdom permits the holder to bring their family with them. However, dependents from outside UK must possess a visa. A dependent can be your husband, wife, and child under 18 years of age.
